Following the announcement by Baker’s Thriftway owner Stew Baker that the store might close if a new owner wasn’t found, many people found relief when they heard that Jim O’Neill, owner of three other Thriftways was purchasing the store.

Baker’s Thriftway that is under the sixth generation of Baker management, will begin receiving many changes in appearance and food availability starting last weekend.
