Athletes from our area who have found Pleasanton’s Ultimate Mix Martial Arts (U.M.M.A.) gym, located just next door to Mercy Medical Clinic off Tucker Road, have struck again. On Nov. 10, five fighters traveled 50 miles to El Dorado Springs, Mo. and represented themselves and their gym in the rising sport of M.M.A.

Cameron Hutchcraft, Colby Carter, Corey Testerman and Clayton Brown all fought and had various experiences. The fifth fighter, Colby Reach (3-2), was at El Dorado, but his opponent backed out. The four who were able to compete shared a few thoughts on their experiences.
