▲◄ John Hall, author of How to Get a Gorilla Out of Your Bathtub and the 2009 winner of the Bill Martin, Jr. Picture Book Award, visited La Cygne Elementary on Wednesday, Oct. 21. Hall spent the day going from class to class doing a presentation in each room encouraging students to use their imagination and story writing. Activities for the day were hands-on as Hall challenged the students to think beyond the obvious.
