The Prairie View School Board made two very important decisions during Monday evening’s meeting and although neither of those decisions is related, both will be vital to the future of the district.

The board began by discussing the ballot language for the April 2013 election that will determine if the patrons will choose to upgrade the facilities at Parker and La Cygne. Should the decision be to not proceed with the renovations, then mobile classrooms (at a cost of approximately $300,000) will be the alternative.
