Dec. 11 the Prairie View Buffalos were visited by the Cass Midway Vikings where the Buffs dominated their home court 65-27. On Dec. 14, the Buffs traveled to Osawatomie where they overpowered the Trojans 55-36, to end with a 2-0 week going into Christmas break.

During the Cass Midway game the Buffalos really put the Vikings away before halftime, with a 20-point lead by the end of the first period. The Buffs then outscored the Vikings in the second by an additional eight points; the score was 49-21 going into halftime.
