Describing the sale of Tower Metal Products to Custom Alloy Sales as a "major deal," Linn County Economic Development Director Dennis Arnold told the county commissioners that he was working with the company that is currently headquartered in California.

"The other company was struggling," said Arnold of Tower Metals. "This saved 30 jobs, and saved the facility – they rehired all of the current employees."
