NOTICE OF HEARING

To the paternal grandparents; of Confidential (H.S.), and to all other persons who are or may be concerned:

A Child In Need of Care Petition has been filed in the above captioned matter and the minor child Confidential (H.S.) has been adjudicated child in need of care.

This matter has been set for Permanency hearing in the District Court of Linn County, Kansas at Mound City, Kansas on the 25^th day of June, 2010, at 1:00 p.m. Failure to respond or to appear before the Court at the above time will not prevent the Court from entering judgment and from removing the children from the custody of parent, parents, or any other present legal custodian. The Court may order one or both parents to pay child support.

Gilbert Gregory, an attorney, has been court appointed as guardian ad litem for the minor child. Jesse T. Randall, an attorney, has been court appointed to represent the interests of the natural father, Douglas Stone. John Domoney, an attorney, has been court appointed to represent the interests of the, natural mother, Staci Griffith.
